Biological clock of human body – are you sleeping or

waking up at the wrong time

Hello, hope you are fine and doing great in life. Today I am going to tell you about something that you might totally unaware of. Today I am going to tell you about the Biological clock of human body.

Yeah, you heard it right, biological clock, it’s not like the watch you wear or wall clock that is on your home’s wall. It’s a clock that is fitted inside your body. This biological clock regulates your body and affect your overall health. It is the most important clock for your body. But the irony is we do care about design and brand of outsider watch but didn’t think a bit about inside clock which invariably going to control your life’s health in henceforth time.
You don’t know what is happening in your body, how complex is every process that is going inside your body. Either digestion or circulation of blood or synthesis of any micro or macronutrients,there is a long process happens inside your body.
So you might have heard this fact that body repairs itself when you sleep. But there is a different time for every organ assigned by body already. There work on that time is at peak.
So here is body clock listed below

For lungs – 3 am -5 am- Biological clock of human body

Body starts repairing itself from morning my lungs. During this phase of time lungs withdraws poisonous wastes and that is the reason behind a cough in the morning time.

Large intestine time: 5 AM -7 AM- Biological clock of human body

This is the time when body ready its system for digestion of macros that you are going to eat the whole day. This is the best time to drink water as it helps in detoxifying your poisonous waste but never use caffeine in this time like coffee it may be very dangerous for your body. I say never means never.

Stomach – 7 am -9 am: Biological clock of human body

After much effort of the large intestine, stomach needs very less effort in repairing it. So it is the best time to have your breakfast.
Spleen ( organ found in all vertebrate and acts as primary blood filtration) : 9 -11 am
A weak spleen leads to allergies , cold or flu. During this phase of time spleen is weakened. It works with the immune system and liver to produce antibodies to fight against infection.

Heart – 11 am – 1 pm:Biological clock of human body

During this phase of time body repair heart by removing waste from the heart. During this time heart is quite weak that is the reason 75% heart attack occurs during this phase of time
Small intestine : 1 pm- 3 pm
During this phase of time body repairs small intestine

Kidney and bladder : 3 pm- 7 pm: Biological clock of human body

During this time, body repairs kidney and bladder. This is one of the indicators for your safe kidney. If you feeling low or sleepy then it might possible your kidney is not fine.

Pancreas – 7 -9 pm

It is the time when refined sugars are highly ignorable as it can cause lower back pain. It Is operated by kidney so if you fall asleep during this phase of time it means the body is repairing pancreas.
Blood vessels repairs
During this phase of time body repairs blood vessels which a very heavy process and that is the reason you might feel headache lowness during this time

Liver and Gallbladder: Between 11 p.m. to 3 a. m: Biological clock of human body

This is the most important time but if you don’t sleep during this time then liver won’t be able to repair itself or detoxify your body which may for longer time damages your liver.

So , it is highly recommendable to sleep during this time, for longer time if you keep waking up at night it may damage your liver.
