If I talk about India, then it is used as the main cooking oil. But do you know how unhealthy it is? You can predict how dangerous it is by the fact that mustard oil is banned in many countries for internal use.

Now, you must be thinking what makes it dangerous?

It contains up to 48% of erucic acid, which is very toxic in nature. It is one of the big reason for heart disease, lung cancer and dropsy ( due to this thing in 1998 Delhi govt banned mustard oil for eating purpose).

There are lots more side effects of mustard oil in the longer run. So now the question is what is the alternative for this
1. Olive oil
2. coconut oil
3. Ghee

These are the three option by which you can save your health

2. Fruit juice –5 Unhealthy things which you think healthy

Yes, you read it right, the fruit juice you think is healthy, actually, it’s unhealthy. It contains lots of sugar in it, which is above recommendation of WHO. So, if fruit juice is unhealthy then what is healthy to eat.

You can opt out either for single fruit or vegetable juice

3. Eating dessert after food

You might have a habit to eat dessert or some sweet thing after food. Yeah, it does fasten digestion of food. But the bad part is, it spikes your insulin too much, which for a long run can damage your insulin. The result of that can cause diabetes

4. White rice

White rice is one of the main parts of our day to day life. But what if I say, you are eating only simple carbohydrates which get transformed to body fat and that is the reason you get fat. White rice is nothing but simple carb having no fiber and minerals.

Now, you might ask then what should you eat.Then alternative of white rice could be brown rice whole wheat chapati

5. Milk tea or milk coffee

Adding milk to tea and coffee create a toxic chemical reaction. That is why it becomes so dangerous for your body. So I would recommend not to put anything on milk.
